Flinders Island Tasmania

Flinders Island is one of 52 islands as part of the Furneaux Group Tasmania. It has a land mass of 1367 kms and a population of around 1000 inhabitants.
It renowned for its untamed and wild beauty and some great fishing both from the shore and boats.
Fish encountered include Flathead,Salmon,Trevally and Gummy Sharks as well as host of other species.
Flights are available from Launceston and a ferry service from nearby Bridport.
They are celebrating the annual Show Day on October 18 and we wish all an enjoyable day.
